The main types of polyester include staple fiber, stretch fiber, deformation fiber, decorative filament, industrial filament and various differential fibers.
Polyester staple fiber:
1. According to physical properties: high strength and low extension type, medium strength and medium extension type, low strength and medium extension type, high modulus type, high strength and high modulus type
2. According to the requirements of post-processing: cotton, wool, linen, silk type
3. Differentiated by use: clothing, cotton, decoration, industrial
4 According to function: cationic dyeing, moisture absorption, flame retardant, colored, anti-pilling, anti-static
5. According to the fiber section: special-shaped silk, hollow silk.
Polyester filament:
1. Primary silk: undrawn silk (conventional spinning) (UDY), semi-preoriented silk (medium-speed spinning) (MOY), preoriented silk (high-speed spinning) (POY), high-oriented silk (ultra-high-speed spinning) (HOY)
2. Drawing silk: drawing silk (low speed drawing silk) (DY), full drawing silk (one-step spinning drawing method) (FDY), full drawing silk (one-step spinning method) (FOY)
3. Deformation silk: conventional deformation silk (DY), tensile deformation silk (DTY), air deformation silk (ATY).
